Own the end-to-end strategy for customer engagement, identifying high-impact advocates to share their stories across various channels and programs.
Manage and optimize the referral program, driving customer engagement and ensuring high satisfaction among advocates.
Curate and develop compelling customer stories and testimonials to support content, sales, and product initiatives, aligning with Gong’s strategic messaging.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams to identify and leverage customer advocates, ensuring smooth integration of advocacy efforts.
Regularly track, report, and improve advocacy metrics to measure success, continuously refining programs to achieve desired results
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in customer marketing, advocacy, or related roles, with a proven track record of managing customer marketing programs.
Demonstrated experience in executive customer relationships, customer storytelling or advocacy programs for B2B companies.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and collaborate across teams effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for crafting compelling customer narratives.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a customer-focused mindset.
