We are seeking a seasoned SAP Web Intelligence (WEBI) professional with 3–7 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level reports. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into actionable insights, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to reporting best practices.

Your key responsibilities

• Work as a team member to contribute in various technical streams of data management projects.
• Comprehend and translate business requirements into technical specifications and build elegant, efficient, and scalable solutions based on specifications.
• Design, develop, and maintain reports using SAP Web Intelligence (WEBI).
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver intuitive, high-impact reports.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting solutions.
• Optimize report performance and usability through best practices in reporting design.
• Work with SQL to extract, transform, and validate data from various sources.
• Troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues in a timely manner.
• Document report specifications, data sources, and logic for transparency and maintainability.

Skills and attributes for success

• Use an issue-based approach to deliver growth, market and portfolio strategy engagements for corporates.
• Strong communication, presentation and team building skills and experience in producing high quality reports, papers, and presentations.
• Experience in executing and managing research and analysis of companies and markets, preferably from a commercial due diligence standpoint.
• 3–7 years of hands-on experience with SAP WEBI preferably using SAP HANA as source.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and validation.
• Deep understanding of reporting best practices, including layout, performance, and user experience.
• Experience working with large datasets and complex business logic.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• BE/BTech/MCA/MBA with 3-7 years of industry experience with SAP Business Objects (SAP BO), SAP HANA, Oracle/MS SQL.
• Experience with SAP WEBI, report scheduling, publications etc.
• Exposure to ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management too
• Good communication skills, proven ability and commitment to working collaboratively towards common goal.
• Possess effective planning and problem-solving skills.
• Multi-tasking attitude, equally comfortable operating from within both the technology & business environments.
