Minimum Qualifications
- Proven effective manager with strong leadership and an effective team-builder who can mentor and guide the team with an inclusive approach.
- More than 10+ years of creative agency experience in a global or regional capacity and demonstrated extensive experience in creative development on new product launches and sustaining campaigns.
- Ability to judge creativity and to understand Apple’s tone of voice and guidelines.
- Strong understanding of media (traditional and digital) to provide input into the media and communications plan.
- Strong production knowledge (films, outdoor, digital, and social).
- Strong proficiency in Korean and English
Preferred Qualifications
- A strong collaborator with the ability to lead cross-functional teams to drive truly integrated work.
- Outstanding leadership qualities and project management skills.
- Hands-on, can-do approach to tackle problems.
- Acute attention to detail.
