Our CCaSS practice is seeking to recruit talented and high-performing professionals who can draw on their experience to help clients through their Sustainability Transformation and Energy Transition.We welcome applicants with a variety of backgrounds, ideally with experience in the fields of climate and environmental transition/adaptation strategies and sustainable finance, and we are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate knowledge of carbon/greenhouse gas emissions (GHG), circular economy, climate and environmental risk management, as well as regulatory requirements related to non-financial disclosures.
Your key responsibilities
- Lead and oversee complex projects for private and public sector clients with minimal support, ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with client objectives and drive measurable impact.
- Build and nurture strong internal and external relationships, actively contributing to business development through client engagement, networking, and leading bid and proposal processes.
- Bring a deep understanding of current and emerging sustainability and energy sector challenges, offering a strong perspective on how clients can address these issues to drive engagement and business growth.
- Guide analytical work within project teams, upholding the highest standards of quality, insight, and impact in all deliverables.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and team performance, communicating progress and risks effectively to clients and leadership.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities with a strategic focus on climate change, sustainability, and energy transition, supporting the continued growth of the practice.

- An excellent academic background in Sustainability or related engineering fields.
- A minimum of 6-8 years of relevant professional experience in the energy and/or broader sustainability sector.
- Proven experience in roles involving direct interaction with clients and/or external stakeholders.
- In-depth sector knowledge and hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas: Circular Economy, Life Cycle Analysis, supply chain management, GHG Protocol, net-zero strategies, transition planning, climate change & environmental risk management, renewables, energy audits, smart grids, energy efficiency, electricity market, non-financial reporting.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both English and Greek, enabling effective collaboration and presentation to project teams, clients, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Quantitative and data analytics skills, with programming experience considered an advantage.
