Collaborate with Pricing Product Owner and business stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
Facilitate workshops and requirement sessions, to gather and document business requirements, user stories and process flows, ensuring stakeholder engagement and sign-off on acceptance criteria.
Develop user stories and to-be process flows to delivery business requirements
Collaborate with developers and external parties to deliver complex requirements and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements
Create detailed documentation of business processes, system configurations, and user guides to support project handover.
Ensure business requirements are aligned to EMEA Pricing Policy and Pricing strategy defined by Pricing CoE with business.
Participate and deliver system demos, show-tell sessions, end to end system testing, UAT coordination, and support
Develop training materials and content and conduct user training sessions and support the user adoption
Collaborate to drive program success by ensuring timely delivery of product features within scope and timeline.
Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and sprint planning.
Skills and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields.
Up to 1 year of relevant experience in similar roles within structured environment would be a plus.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to create detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.
Understanding of agile methodologies, Scrum, and DevOps practices.
