Delivery Coordinator (Up to 3 Years Experience)
Project Coordination:
- Assist in developing and updating basic project plans, including timelines, key milestones, and task tracking.
- Support the monitoring of project activities to help ensure they meet customer requirements and project goals.
- Help organize and track project tasks to maintain progress and identify potential delays.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Act as a point of contact between customers and internal teams under supervision.
- Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues to team members and relevant stakeholders.
- Support teamwork by facilitating communication between technical teams and customer contacts.
Technical Support Coordination:
- Help coordinate technical resources and activities to support project deliverables.
- Assist in ensuring smooth execution and integration of project components.
Project Documentation and Administration:
- Maintain project documentation accurately within internal systems and tools.
- Track and report on project progress using standard project tracking methods.
- Learning and Development:
- Develop knowledge of project management best practices and methodologies.
- Show enthusiasm for learning new tools, processes, and industry trends.
What We'd Like to See
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Up to 3 years of experience in the project planning, tasks and project environment
- Familiarity with project management frameworks (PMI, Agile) and tools.
- Proven experience in project planning, coordination, and management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm for learning and personal development.
