We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Finance Functional Solution Lead to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) solutions for our clients. You will be working with our clients to understand their business needs and requirements and then provide expert guidance on how to configure and use Dynamics 365 F&O to meet their needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading a team of Dynamics 365 F&O finance consultants and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

In line with client requirements, you will already be living or willing to relocate to Sydney or Melbourne.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Lead finance-related activities on Dynamics 365 F&O implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and training

• Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements and then provide expert guidance on how to configure and use Dynamics 365 F&O to meet those requirements

• Lead a team of Dynamics 365 F&O finance consultants, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring as needed

• Collaborate with other team members, including project managers, developers, and functional consultants, to ensure successful project delivery

• Provide thought leadership and best practices related to finance and accounting processes in Dynamics 365 F&O

• Stay up-to-date on the latest Dynamics 365 F&O capabilities and features and assess their applicability to our clients' needs

• Participate in sales and pre-sales activities, including scoping engagements and providing estimates

• Provide support and guidance to clients during and after the implementation process

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field

• 7+ years of experience in finance and accounting, including experience with ERP systems such as Dynamics 365 F&O

• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting

• Experience leading teams of consultants or analysts

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with clients at all levels of an organization

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to travel to client sites as needed
