What you’ll be doing:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for GTM & Delivery positions, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and close.
- Collaborate with hiring leaders to formulate talent acquisition strategies tailored to current and future hiring needs. This involves understanding specific role requirements, defining skills criteria, establishing a clear interview process, and creating a sourcing plan.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs across the APAC region, with a focus on Singapore, China, Japan, and Australia.
- Utilize various sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive top-talent.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market insights to stakeholders.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through the interview process to offer acceptance.
- Gather feedback from candidates and hiring teams to continuously improve Forter’s recruitment process.
- Implement systems and reports to measure and optimize Forter’s recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth global tech organization, with a focus on sourcing for Go-To-Market roles.
- Proficient in full-cycle recruiting, including candidate sourcing, managing the interview process, and conducting offer negotiations through closure.
- Successful track record of hiring for positions based in one or more of the following locations: Singapore, China, Japan, Australia.
- Ability to inspire, communicate effectively, and build relationships both internally and externally.
- Strong project management skills, showcasing the ability to coordinate and manage details in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using the Greenhouse ATS or a similar applicant tracking system.
- Data-driven mindset with an understanding of the critical data points for the success of your hiring teams.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and establish strong working relationships.
- Solution-oriented mindset, recognizing when to escalate issues and driving effective solutions for stakeholders.
