* Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of Salesforce’s product offerings and sales processes.

Education and Experience:

* Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in the high-tech sector (CRM/SaaS preferred).
* Technical Experience: At least 5 years experience in technical pre-sales roles (Solution Engineering, Technical or Enterprise Architect) or Competitive Intelligence.
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.
