Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Strategy, or Program Management, in a business development/sales development environment.
3 years of experience in forecasting, quota setting, sales analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
3 years of experience with CRM tools (Salesforce), reporting tools (Looker, Tableau), and automation for scaling operations.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in APAC markets and Cloud/SaaS sales.
Strong stakeholder management skills, including ability to align cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
Exceptional problem-solving, project management, and analytical skills.
