Your role:

• Assist in the development and implementation of manufacturing processes.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for process improvement.
• Assist in the design and implementation of manufacturing equipment and tools.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions to production issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes.
• Assist in the development of work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Participate in production meetings to provide updates on project status.
• Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and procedures. Attend team meetings and contribute to team initiatives

You're the right fit if:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in mechanical/Mechatronic/Robotics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes
• Understand about basic mechanical (welding, metal stamping),
• English communication is a plus.
