The opportunity
- ServiceNow Platform administrator (Senior)
 - Expected joining date Immediate
 - Experience: 1.5 to 3 years’ experience
 
Your key responsibilities
- ServiceNow Platform administration and maintenance activities
 - Incident Management, Change and Problem Management.
 - Understand new ServiceNow features and unused module functionality.
 - Investigate technical solutions and troubleshooting of ServiceNow platform related issues,
 
Skills and attributes for success
- Minimum 2-3 years of JavaScript experience including usage AngularJS frameworks.
 - Hands-on experience on the below ServiceNow modules (Recommended):
- Must Have : ITSM, Service Portal, Custom Applications, ITIL Foundation
 - Good to have : HRSD, ITOM, Discovery, IRM, SecOps
 
 - ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator
 - Certified Application Developer Certification
 - Have excellent oral and written communication skills (English)
 - Excellent business communication skills
 - Education in Information Technology or equivalent working experience
 - Willing to work in shifts and on-call support.
 
To qualify for the role, you must have.
Strong in following technologies (minimum 2–3-year hands on experience on the below mentioned tech stack).
- Java, Java Script, Angular
 - RESTful Webservices
 - Angular JS
 - HTML, CSS, SOAP, REST
