Job Responsibilities
- Leverage analytical and statistical applications (SAS, SQL, Snowflake, Alteryx) to analyze complex data sets.
- Identify customer interactions across various channels (calls, branch, online, emails, IVR) for survey targeting.
- Prepare and validate data from diverse sources for file creation.
- Deliver recurring data files in accordance with client SLAs.
- Facilitate requirement definitions, design, testing, and code implementation for customer satisfaction surveys.
- Collaborate with data management, strategy teams, and analytics resources across functions.
- Construct process documentation and workflow capture.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 3+ years of related experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Market Research, or related field.
- Proficient with SAS Viya, SAS Macro, SQL, VBA, JavaScript, and MS Office tools.
- Experience with relational database systems (Teradata, Snowflake, Oracle).
- Knowledge of Putty, Control-M, and Power Shell.
- Strong communication skills; ability to engage with all management levels and partners.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
