A role with purpose: helping women regain quality of life

We are now looking for a
driven Account Managerto cover the South-West region of Germany. In this role, you will be at the heart of helping clinicians offer women a gentle, effective treatment with lasting results. You’ll partner with urologists and urogynecologists, introduce innovation to their clinics, and grow our footprint across the region.


This is not just sales. It’s about bringing a new therapy to life, growing awareness, and making sure patients benefit from solutions that truly improve lives.

In practice, that means you will:

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process for Bulkamid® across your region.
  • Develop and grow key accounts, building strong partnerships with physicians, KOLs, and hospital decision makers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding clinical needs and presenting Boston Scientific’s solutions in a clear, outcome-focused way.
  • Identify opportunities and secure new business through proactive business development.
  • Spot tenders and commercial opportunities early on and work closely with your Business Development Manager to take action.
  • Represent Boston Scientific at congresses, workshops, and professional events.

What you bring
We know that skillset and mindset are more important than perfect product knowledge. We’ll give you the training you need to master the therapy. What we’re looking for is:

  • Strong sales and account management experience, ideally in MedTech or healthcare.
  • A hunter mindset – you enjoy opening new doors and growing untapped business.
  • A degree in medical sciences, economics, or another relevant field (or equivalent professional background).
  • Fluent German and good English skills.
  • Based in South-West Germany with willingness to travel across the region.
