This job will lead the development and implementation of advanced data science models and algorithms. You will work with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Your role involves driving best practices in data science, ensuring data quality, and mentoring junior scientists.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of advanced data science models.

Expected Qualifications:

• 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation.
• Strong programming skills in Python , including libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and Matplotlib/Seaborn.
• Solid understanding of experimental design (A/B testing, control/treatment groups, etc.).
• Knowledge of statistical inference techniques (confidence intervals, hypothesis testing, p-values).
• Familiarity with machine learning algorithms — both supervised (e.g., linear/logistic regression, decision trees) and unsupervised (e.g., clustering, PCA).
