What you'll do...

As a Senior Technology Operations Manager, you will drive strategic value by planning, communicating, and enabling the delivery of solutions and services that leverage AI to maintain a secure operating environment and preserve trust across the enterprise. What you'll do:

  • Partners with stakeholders and multiple engineering teams to align on a shared vision for Generative AI solutions.
  • Enables business value by partnering with multiple security engineering teams to develop project/release plans and drive project delivery.
  • Collaborates with multiple cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of Information Security solutions.
  • Facilitates change management within the organization as it relates to overall project and program delivery.

What you'll bring:

  • Experience leading IT initiatives across various project management methodologies, Agile preferred.
  • Experience in creating and improving Project Management methods and standards
  • Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of or experience with Generative AI a plus.
