Senior Developer CSM/FSO/IRM

Your key responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and customization of the ServiceNow platform, focusing on integration, UI Builder, and Playbook functionalities to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement service request fulfilment workflows, leveraging CIS-CSM capabilities to streamline customer service processes and improve dispute management.
- Utilize advanced scripting tools and ServiceNow functionalities to automate complex tasks and optimize business processes.
- Architect and execute integrations with third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather detailed specifications and deliver high-quality products/releases that align with business objectives. Create and maintain comprehensive technical specifications documentation.
- Manage data loading, manipulation, and maintenance between ServiceNow and other systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with business requirements.
- Work closely with business liaisons to design and optimize dashboards, home pages, performance analytics data collectors, and reports that provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Analyze user stories and internal procedures to enhance system capabilities, automate workflows, and address scheduling limitations throughout the development and delivery of ServiceNow releases.
- Conduct thorough system and integration testing with both sample and live data, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices.
Skills and attributes for success
- 3-6 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration, with a strong focus on integration, UI Builder, Playbook, and CIS-CSM.
- Proven expertise in dispute management processes and Financial Services Operations (FSO).
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, functionalities, and best practices.
- Proficiency in scripting languages and tools relevant to ServiceNow development.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business value.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- College degree in related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc.) or comparable job experiences
- Must have CSA and minimum 1 CIS in CSM or IRM
- Approximately 3 to 6 years of experience in a development role. Able to exhibit a progression of increasingly complex job responsibilities during the period.
- Experience in leading projects and mentoring junior developers.
- ITIL foundations certification a plus
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Experience on SDLC or TFS or JIRA or equivalent tool to maintain stories.
- Knowledge about ServiceNow’s latest version’s features.
