This position requires influencing across multiple teams, businesses, and senior leaders. The role requires a deep understanding of customer needs and thinking big about how we can make the shipping experience across online retail seamless and delightful.Key job responsibilities
1. Establish technical credibility in the engagement cycle and collaborate with Sales to drive adoption of our integration-focused products and features
2. Develop deep and broad relationships with executives and technical stakeholders at partner organizations
3. Lead discovery and integration discussions with enterprise customers, support the Shipper or 3rd party solution provider onboarding process, and troubleshoot where needed. Provide technical support and architectural guidance directly to developers
4. Write integration tutorials, whitepapers and technical articles for the developer community, capturing and sharing the best practices
Analyze current processes, identify bottlenecks/ pain-points and evaluate opportunities to improve end user experiences, reduce time/ costs, improve CX and accelerate growthCreate program goals and related metrics, track progress and manage through obstacles to achieve your objectives
6. Assess integration risks, anticipate challenges, and communicate risks to leadership team
7. Participate in architectural discussions to ensure solutions are stable, scalable and efficient

- 5+ years of directly managing and responsible for multiple large projects experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in handling external customer engagements using REST APIs, JSON modeling.
