Job Responsibilities:
- Support the onboarding of new vendors and agencies, and manage existing vendors, including agreement renewals, relationship management, quarterly performance measurement, and resource planning.
- Assist with planning activities across the Marketing & Growth team, improving plan management, reporting, and optimizing visibility to the teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement new processes and identify improvements to existing processes.
- Drive and own end-to-end projects within the Marketing Operations team, including capability implementation and automation delivery.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Relevant commercial experience in marketing operations with an understanding of responsibilities such as vendor management, planning and reporting.
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and experience in delivering executive-ready outputs.
- Self-starting attitude with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Team player with strong stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience in Retail Banking and/or a regulated market would be very beneficial.
