Project Management & Support
- Assist the VP of Business Operations in managing cross-departmental initiatives and projects.
 - Support the planning and execution of key initiatives to ensure they are aligned with company priorities and are on track.
 - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met and any roadblocks are addressed.
 
KPIs & Metrics Management
- Help track and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that align with company objectives.
 - Work with teams to define relevant metrics, establish measurement methods, and set reporting processes.
 - Regularly update and monitor KPIs to ensure alignment with business goals and report on progress.
 
Stakeholder Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on key initiatives and business objectives.
 - Provide regular updates on project status and performance to ensure stakeholders are informed.
 - Assist in facilitating meetings and follow-up actions to maintain focus on ongoing priorities.
 
Process Improvement & Operational Efficiency
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency across departments.
 - Support the implementation of process improvements and help drive continuous optimization of workflows.
 
Reporting & Presentation Support
- Assist in creating and maintaining dashboards, reports, and presentations to track the progress of key initiatives and KPIs.
 - Help compile data into clear and actionable reports for stakeholders, including senior leadership.
 - Support the creation of presentations and updates for executive-level meetings.
 
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a Business Operations Manager, Project Manager, or similar role in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
 - Proven track record of managing complex projects across multiple departments.
 - Hands-on experience with defining, tracking, and reporting on KPIs and company-wide initiatives.
 - Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering results on time and within scope.
 - Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
 - Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
 - Proficient in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira), and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
 - Detail-oriented and comfortable working with ambiguity in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
 - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field (preferred but not required).
