Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $112,000 - $152,000/YR. About the role:
In this role, you will be responsible for working with a team of account managers to enable customers and prospects to define, develop, and deploy their technology modernization strategies using Red Hat technology and services or partner services. You'll build strategic relationships with executives and key business leaders across a territory.

5+ years of experience working in a solutions sales, solutions architecture, start up sales experience or agile transformation consulting role
2+ years of experience with modern application delivery frameworks and platforms like Kubernetes and Docker, Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform, Apache Kafka, MuleSoft, Jenkins, Apache Spark, MongoDB, AI / Data Science and other application frameworks

About the job:
The program manager will be responsible for executing the tooling strategy and management system for the Red Hat Tech Sales Practices team. This role will align very closely to the regional and global Red Hat tech sales functions, as well as APM and Operations team. You will be responsible for leading the adoption management system: Defining metrics, target methodology, and reporting process.
