Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field required.

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts, providing guidance on both technical and business matters while fostering professional growth and career development.
Excellent problem-framing, problem solving and project management skills, with the ability to change direction quickly while maintaining team alignment and morale.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate results of analysis in business terms, present complex information to senior leadership, and effectively communicate with team members at all levels.
Technical acumen required to effectively discuss and strategize on solutions with IT teams; understanding of development lifecycles and ability to guide technical decision-making.
Advanced knowledge of SQL and working with large datasets, with ability to mentor others in these skills.
Proficient in Excel and experience with data analytics tools (e.g., R, Python) and visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau), with ability to guide tool selection and usage across the team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven track record of leading strategic programs/projects across multiple stakeholders, combined with the ability to execute tactical tasks and delegate effectively. Experience managing global technical projects that interweave across multiple functional teams and/or systems is highly desirable.
