Field Clinical Manager
Your responsibilities will include:
Lead, coach, and develop
Champion change and adaptability
Communicate a compelling visionaligned with corporate, divisional, and regional objectives—ensuring clarity, purpose, and engagement
Serve as a key partner in regional talent strategy—recruiting, hiring, and building a strong, diverse clinical bench for long-term success
Oversee comprehensive training programsto enhance implant expertise, product knowledge, and competitive positioning
Set clear performance goalsand ensure timely feedback and coaching through structured evaluations and individualized development plans
Cultivate a culture
Manage operational functionsincluding expenses, inventory, and communication workflows with efficiency and attention to detail
Identify service opportunitiesusing data insights, time studies, and field feedback; implement targeted strategies to enhance outcomes
by implementing scalable, best-in-class service models and leveraging national benchmarks
Foster strong partnerships with hospital and clinic personnelto streamline workflows and improve patient experience
with Area and Regional Sales Managers to ensure alignment between clinical service and sales strategies
Provide strategic direction
Required qualifications:
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional background
Minimum of 7 years' experience in a relevant field
CRM certification and proven expertise in
Familiarity with the local CRM customer landscape
Preferred qualifications:
Advanced degree
IBHRE certification
Demonstrated leadership credibility and influence within clinical teams
Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities
Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams, including sales and corporate functions
Skilled at managing conflict, driving change, and delivering results in a complex environment
The anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be, plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.

What you'll be doing
Act as a trusted technical advisor, leading engagements across high-impact industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare and Life Sciences, and beyond.
Understand customer critical workloads, and advise on technical enablement strategies on NVIDIA stack integration
Guide partners and customers through the NVIDIA integration journey, fostering co-innovation and the development of next-generation solutions.
Map, build, and expand a vibrant ecosystem of strategic partners to multiply growth opportunities, champion NVIDIA technologies, track ecosystem trends.
Collaborate multi-functionally with solution architects, engineering, product management, and marketing to drive developer engagement and optimize partner adoption strategies.
Work closely with partner engineering teams, technical leaders, and decision-makers to unpack goals, tackle technical challenges, and endorse protocols for successful integrations.
Represent and advocate for the partner's technical needs and funnel feedback to NVIDIA’s internal product and engineering teams, supplying actionable insights from field deployments to influence product roadmaps.
What we need to see
BS/MS in AI, Data Science or computer science-related field (or equivalent experience).
A minimum of 8-10+ years of overall professional experience in the technology industry in software engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, including 5+ years of direct hands-on experience in AI, Generative Ai or Physical AI.
Proven experience leading, partnering, and scaling developer programs at major technology companies, ISVs, or within relevant verticals, focusing on Generative AI, applied machine learning, or physical AI development.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to distill complex technical concepts for diverse technical and non-technical audiences, from engineers to executives.
Proven ability to structure and implement complex technical engagements, negotiate requirements, prioritize issues, and collaborate with internal or external stakeholders (across sales, legal, product, or marketing teams as needed).
Arabic and English fluency required.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Deep Understanding of the ME AI ecosystem, use cases, and new technologies.
Knowledge of the NVIDIA product stack
