What you will need to be successful:

  • Coordinate work schedules to meet and exceed operational goals.
  • Drive warehouse improvements, implement complex process changes, and integrate cutting-edge technology.
  • Provide critical process control guidance to logistics, production, maintenance, and quality control teams, enhancing product quality and dimensional accuracy.
  • Champion safety by ensuring all measures are meticulously followed.

What you will need to be successful:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
  • Proven leadership experience managing diverse teams in these settings.
  • Demonstrated hands-on approach to problem-solving and implementing countermeasures within your areas of responsibility.

We would be impressed if you had:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in planning and supporting the launch of new production lines in low-speed production environments (e.g., rail, aviation/aerospace, naval, heavy equipment).
  • Relevant work experience in the rail industry, preferably in light rail, heavy rail, or related production.
  • Proficiency in SAP or similar MRP/ERP systems is highly desired.
  • Hands-on experience in customer service, maintenance, or aftermarket businesses and technologies within the rail industry is highly preferred.

This position is located in Sacramento, CA. The hourly range for this position is$22.29- $26.22. There is a 10% shift differential for 2shift. This is a second shift position.The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
