Experience & Qualifications:

  • Educational Background:

What You'll Do

The DE ensures that effective Program Governance is established for each account and is the primary SAP Delivery point person aligned to customer executives throughout the services lifecycle, from sales support through implementation and post-go live.

In addition to delivery support, the DE is responsible for supporting Services Sales in positioning additional SAP Services in support of customer success. The DE may be required to provide oversight for one or more Project Managers, Associate Project Managers, and/or project team members.The DE has the qualifications and business acumen to manage large scale, high risk, strategic projects that span organizational boundaries including multiple business units and service partners/vendors.

Delivery Executive provides leadership to cross-functional teams responsible for delivering defined project outputs to time, budget and project quality criteria. Delivery Executive also ensures adherence to project management methodology practices, provides project manager mentoring, performs Project Management Reviews and reinforces the enterprise knowledge management through the communication of lessons learned and best practices development.

The Delivery Executive assists during the Bid Phase of the customer engagement by providing input into the RFP, RFQ, SOW and/or proposal especially in the delivery model (e.g. SAP methodology and engagement delivery model), project structure, organization, scoping, estimation, and risk assessment. Opportunity Management

  • Lead and own engagement-planning and program-planning activities.
  • Oversee the delivery of multiple projects related to successful engagement or program execution.
  • Own the engagement and program plan and be responsible for delivery of its major elements including program’s business objectives, scope, and solution within quality criteria, on time and budget.
  • Translate generalized customer business goals and objectives into concrete strategy and tactical delivery plans for the engagement or program, ensuring focus on customers achieving value of SAP solutions and enables rapid innovation adoption, in partnership with our Enterprise Architects
  • Define strategic objectives of large and complex programs, benefits realization plans of large programs including KPIs to be delivers.

Knowledge Management

  • Organize knowledge capturing activities at programs and ensure retention on high quality intellectual capital for SAP Field Services practices.

Competencies and Skills

  • Program/Project Management experience in US Federal and/or Department of Defense industries (core processes and trends of the industry) is strongly preferred.

What you'll build


As a Product & Engineering Senior Solution Architect in SAP S/4HANA Product Experience - Cloud ERP Product Success, you will drive cloud product adoption and bridge customer needs with sales and product teams. The role centers on managing S/4HANA Public Cloud product experience, aligning business requirements to product capabilities, and supporting rollout of new features.

Your responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers, Field Sales, Partners, and Product teams across SAP to track engagements and prioritize requests during S/4HANA Cloud implementations in the Americas.
  • Support regional teams in implementation projects and manage customer expectations beyond current roadmaps.
  • Gather and categorize customer demand for a unified Cloud ERP Product Success approach.
  • Feed customer insights into SAP’s Product roadmap and advocate for solution readiness and innovation.
  • Test planned and future S/4HANA Cloud functionality and contribute to cross-product deliverables.

Your impact:

  • Translating client and market needs into functional specifications.
  • Working closely with internal organizations and stakeholders.
  • Managing projects under tight deadlines and collaborating with Product Experience units, especially for key accounts and Product Management.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science or Business; MBA/Master’s preferred.
  • Customer-facing experience (consulting, solution architecture, support, presales).
  • Product definition or collaboration with Product/Development/Solution Management.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Cloud/Public/Private, On-Premise, SAP ERP, and SAP BTP.
  • 7+ years professional software development background and relevant SAP environment experience, including SAP extensibility and integrations.
  • Subject matter expertise (Finance, Manufacturing, or Analytics) and strong communication skills.
  • Preferred Skills:
    • Deep understanding of Cloud/SaaS, ERP processes, and Cloud principles.
    • Expertise in Analytics and iRPA is a plus.
    • Familiarity with Activate Methodology is beneficial.
    • Candidates should align with our vision for digital transformation, possessing analysis, presentation, communication, and networking skills




Due to the nature of the role, which involves global interactions with SAP entities, as well as with employees and stakeholders in Canada, functional proficiency in English is required for positions based in the Quebec.

  • You will own and oversee the overall Rhythm of Business (operational cadence) for SAP Signavio, coordinating stakeholders across various RoB activities such as Sales Forecasting, Customer Value Calls, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). You will ensure that this operational cadence runs efficiently for executives at both the global and regional levels, creating connection points for lessons learned, decision-making, and best practice sharing
  • Governance & Reporting:
    You will ensure a consistent, end-to-end view of the Rhythm of Business for governance and reporting purposes, delivering insightsensuring transparency across the organization and follow up and through on agreed upon actions
  • QBR Management:
    You will take ownership of organizing and preparing regional and global QBRs, aligning with all stakeholders to ensure these sessions are productive, insightful, and actionable
  • Operational Efficiency:
    You may take on additional projects, driving the execution of strategic initiatives that help SAP Signavio scale, grow, and improve operational efficiency across functions. This could include eliminating operational roadblocks or enhancing processes to enable smooth workflows.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Educational Background:
    • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent university degree in a relevant field (Business, Operations, etc.)
  • Professional Experience:
    • A minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate operations or strategy functions, ideally within a global organization
    • Proven experience in managing and executing regional and/or global Rhythm of Business processes
    • Experience with SAP’s operational processes and a strong network within SAP, especially with the Global Revenue Operations (GRO) is a plus
  • Industry Knowledge:
    • Solid understanding of SAP’s organizational structure, processes, and key stakeholders
    • Familiarity with SAP Signavio's vision, strategic goals, and the unique challenges associated with being a startup-like incubator within a larger corporation.
  • Project Management & Analytics:
    • Demonstrated capability and experience in managing cross-functional projects with virtual teams
    • Expertise in data analysis, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and visually present findings for leadership
  • Communication & Leadership:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in preparing and delivering presentations to senior leadership
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and foster collaboration across departments
  • Execution & Problem Solving:
    • Ability to independently manage multiple projects and set priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • A diligent and conscientious approach, with a focus on delivering results and solving operational challenges
  • Adaptability & Growth Mindset:
    • Proven ability to quickly adapt to changing requirements and environments, demonstrating flexibility in approach
