We’re looking for a strategic thinker and transformation leader with:

  • 7+ years of experience in large-scale business transformation projects - ideally across industries. Experience integrating AI and emerging technologies into transformation strategies.
  • Deep knowledge of and hands-on experience with SAP portfolio, especially with a strong track record of delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong program and change management skills, with the ability to design and lead scalable, value-driven transformation approaches.
  • Proven ability to build business cases and value frameworks, aligning transformation initiatives with customer success and strategic goals.
  • Global leadership experience, including working across cultures and regions to foster alignment, collaboration, and execution.
  • Hands-on involvement in large-scale programs, strategic service initiatives, and innovation adoption, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Strong cross-functional and global collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Fluent English Language skills, German Language skills is a plus.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 5+ years of professional work experience in Enterprise IT and the Enterprise SaaS/PaaS market.

  • Experience in designing and executing demand generation and business development initiatives for incremental sales & accelerated consumption.

  • Recognized domain expertise for SAP Data & Analytics Portfolio, esp. SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP HANA Cloud, SAP BW/4 HANA.

  • Solid understanding of Cloud in a B2B environment, including IaaS, PaaS and SaaS models.

Lead the Industry to Success

  • Guide and lead the development of Industry business plan aligned with Sales leadership in the Market Units and Industry Business Unit
  • Provide guidance to Enable/Industrialize Sales, Marketing, Inside Sales and the broader Virtual Account Teams
  • Influence and “Industrialize” SAP Partners and oversee engagement

Thought Leadership

  • Present at industry and customer conferences
  • Lead tought leadership development, practice development project for key line of business buying centers in the Mill Products industries
  • Guide the development of industry relevant account strategies working with sales teams
  • Collaborate and execute with Marketing on Events, Social and Digital plans to develop leads leveraging new content, benchmarking, tools available
  • Nurture senior customer executive relationship to develop customer reference stories to showcase value metrics relevant to the Industry
  • Establish industry communities for the purpose of enablement, best practice sharing, and creation of an effective network

Customer Excellence

  • Oversee and lead early stage customer executive meetings

What you bring

  • Extensive Industry Expertise : Several years of professional experience spanning Sales, Consulting, and Industry Solutions within the Mill Products industry, with experience in software-related roles. Additional experience in the Discrete Manufacturing industry is a strong differentiator.
  • Technology Acumen : Familiar with navigating technology landscapes and contributing to the integration of processes and systems. Able to collaborate effectively with IT teams to align technology solutions with business priorities and support organizational goals.
  • Solutions Specialist : Rounded understanding and prior experience with SAP products and industry solutions. Recognized as a trusted industry expert capable of leveraging a wide network to stimulate pipeline acceleration and foster revenue growth.
  • Strategic Leadership with Executives : Skilled in conducting executive interviews, facilitating workshops, and aligning diverse stakeholder expectations through collaborative, outcome-driven processes.
