- Act as a key connector between BT&A, EAs, and regional BTS teams

3. Build and Lead the Future of BTS
- Help scale a global structure, rooted in collaboration, agility, and customer success

- Lead the charge on urgent management and board requests, ensuring swift, customer centric and strategic resolutions

We’re looking for a strategic thinker and transformation leader with:
- 7+ years of experience in large-scale business transformation projects - ideally across industries. Experience integrating AI and emerging technologies into transformation strategies.
- Deep knowledge of and hands-on experience with SAP portfolio, especially with a strong track record of delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Strong program and change management skills, with the ability to design and lead scalable, value-driven transformation approaches.
- Proven ability to build business cases and value frameworks, aligning transformation initiatives with customer success and strategic goals.
- Global leadership experience, including working across cultures and regions to foster alignment, collaboration, and execution.
- Hands-on involvement in large-scale programs, strategic service initiatives, and innovation adoption, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong cross-functional and global collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Fluent English Language skills, German Language skills is a plus.
