

In this role, you will be part of the Group Consolidation and Reporting (GC&R) team which is responsible for consolidation and financial reporting of Royal Philips. As well as annual, quarterly and monthly financial reporting, GC&R also works on significant projects within Royal Philips, such as acquisitions or divestments, plus various other initiatives such as finance knowledge management and improvement projects.
Your role:
Assist in the planning and co-ordination of the quarterly press release and annual report process, this involves liaising with other teams within Royal Philips (eg: Sustainability, Design, Tax).
Assist in XBRL filings for the AFM and SEC.
Retrieval of data from our financial system and processing this in our reporting tool.
Assist in the monthly internal financial reporting process and analytical reviews.
Contribute to other ad hoc projects, such as GC&R team projects or process improvements projects.
You're the right fit if:
Currently studying towards Bachelors or Masters in Finance/Accounting, an interest in IFRS and financial reporting
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (in particular Excel and PowerPoint as well as SAP Analysis for Microsoft Office)
Team player, with good communication skills and a positive attitude
Organized, with a structured approach to work and attention to detail; ability to prioritize and to work under pressure
Fluency in oral and written English
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Monthly full-time allowance between €500 - €700 gross, depending on educational level. If you will perform a part-time internship you will receive the allowance pro-rata.
Housing compensation, in case of relocating to the vicinity of the office, €300,- net if location is in the vicinity of Amsterdam, €255,- net for all other Philips locations. You need to provide a rental contract of the land lord, and your normal home-work travel distance need to be more than 50 km or travel time (one way trip) need to be more than 1.5 hours.
Travel compensation, if you are not eligible for a free public transport card; you will receive max. €192,- net
Paid holidays per internship term.
