WHAT YOU BRING:
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree inComputerAnimation, 3D Designor related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
3–5 years of experience in 3D design, digital product creation, or related fields
Mastery of software such as Maya, Blender, Rhino, ZBrush or similar
Strong understanding of materials, lighting, and rendering techniques with proficiency in software such as Substance Suite, KeyShot, Unreal Engine or similar
Experience in innovation or R&D environments is a plus
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Bonus Skills:
Experience with generative design, AI generation, parametric modeling, and rapid prototyping are all pluses
Passion for experimentation and pushing creative boundaries
Willingness to break out of a digital workspace and work on physical prototypes (e.g., cutting, drilling, gluing)

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You’ll be responsible for creating original and trend-driven designs for Nike Kids Sportswear Apparel. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of graphics and composition, and the ability to translate design concepts into commercially viable on trend designs. The ideal candidate will be a highly creative problem solver who brings engagement and curiosity to the kids apparel graphics.
Concepting and building out narratives that will inspire and influence our consumer. To accomplish this, you will collaborate with your design, development and business partners to ensure all details are recorded and delivered as presented. From trims to print applications and cost considerations you will be challenged by a wide range of responsibilities and experiences. Accountabilities include but are not limited to speaking with athletes, consumers, external partners and contributing to the creative vision of Nike Kids. Leading team meetings and cascading critical information to ensure the project hits all deadlines. Presenting design concepts and seasonal initiatives to internal and external audiences while always keeping to Nike Kids best interests.

As an Apparel Color Designer, you will create color palettes to link into seasonal narratives, build strong presentation tools, and color line art to detail the creation of each product. You will research and deliver color, design, and directional work that influence and impact the product aesthetic, application, and target audience. WHAT YOU BRING

The Sr. Technical Designer coordinates the fit and construction from initial concept through to commercialization and production for assigned styles to lead to on time development and delivery according to critical dates, product specification, and sustainability, performance and profitability goals.
The Sr. Technical Designer will also create and revise Tech Packs for assigned styles and ensure all appropriate development documentation is maintained including product specs and prototype notes. In addition, the Sr. Technical Designer will execute fit and construction standards for a team or product group to ensure consistency. You will track and facilitate prototyping for styles; identify and address key issues and challenges in construction/manufacturing and plans accordingly to deliver proven and tested product. Additionally, you will monitor and communicate progress and challenges throughout the product testing process to meet product integrity requirements.
In this role you will also be responsible for the Technical Design of assigned styles product in Women’s Apparel. Working with Design, Product Management and Product Creation Center (Asia) on tailoring the product to the specific consumer needs.
