Job Description:

• This position requires proficiency in Piping Modeling and Piping Layout, specifically in Revit, Plant3D Software.
• Candidates must have experience providing BIM execution oversight, model management, model QC support and should be familiar with Process Industry Piping codes and Standard and good practices.
• Should have Piping Knowledge and experience on routing of pipes, pipe rack arrangements, piping layout basics, vessel piping, yard piping and piping layout arrangement for process mechanical equipment.
• Capable of preparing the Detail Drawings based on minimal input from Engineering's and should have strong understanding of pipe and fitting for Metal and Plastic Pipes.
• Experience in process piping design and have the ability to utilize a P & ID to develop a constructible and cost-effective 3D model
• A working knowledge of, valves, in-line devices and typical support details.
• Knowledge of Bentley Software Open Plant Modeler (OPM) will be an added advantage.
• Should have Good Communication Skills & should be proficient in English language.

We're looking for a
Fire Protection / Life Safety Systems (LSS) Engineer

As a LSS Engineer working with our teams, you’ll use your skills and experience to help our clients, by providing code-compliant asset protection and fire life safety mitigation solutions. You will be expected to both provide guidance to co-workers and receive solutions from variance senior design professionals so that you can take ownership of various projects as the engineer of record. These fire solutions entail fire sprinklers, gaseous agents, fire detection, toxic gas detection, smoke modeling, and explosion prevention.

You will interface directly with client counterparts in the designing of their facilities and state and local code officials. Utilizing AutoCAD and Revit MEP, our teams create 3D models in coordination with architects and engineers. From those 3D BIM models you’ll design fire sprinkler systems, fire alarm systems, smoke and leak detection, security and intrusion detection systems, and more. Using the various applicable Life Safety & Fire codes as well as industry standards you will provide calculations; equipment size and quantities; equipment and construction specifications; network diagrams and various construction deliverables in both 2D and 3D platforms for a constructible design.

Based in the Arizona area, you’ll work with other scientists, engineers, subject matter experts, and project managers on exciting projects across the region and nationwide. You’ll work mainly in the office on tasks that may include data interpretation and visualization, report writing, proposal and cost estimate preparation, procurement of subcontractors, financials including invoicing to clients, staff mentorship and leadership, building client relationships, and regulatory agency correspondence. You’ll be juggling multiple tasks, so we’ll rely on you to prioritize effectively, keeping the big picture in mind.

You’ll apply your technical experience in the design of industrial water remedial actions and/or environmental remediation systems with the support of our global remediation technology team. Your analytical skills will be called upon as you evaluate site conditions, determine data needs, perform engineering calculations, and develop designs for our mining and industrial water clients. You’ll use your technical writing skills to prepare work plans, reports, and design documents, including design specifications.

You’ll learn from other experienced staff who are ready to mentor you, and you’ll pass your knowledge on to others. As a mid-level engineer, you’ll be directed by Design Managers and discipline leads, but you will be called on to take ownership of assigned tasks. Most of your work will be office-based, but you may spend some time in the field supporting or overseeing the gathering of design data through bench and pilot scale testing.
