Department Manager with Project Experience
- Governance across our current project portfolio – participating in Sponsor/Steering committee meetings as leadership representative
- Participating in business development activities like client meetings, proposal development
- Driving career development and motivate team members
- Coaching team members on professional development, well-being and project performance
- Supporting quality compliance and improvement of tools and methods used in project to ease workload and improve reporting
- Guiding Project Managers and Project members in resolving complex issues by building a strong internal and external network,
- Providing technical guidance to employees, colleagues and/or customers
- Identifying difficult situations and conflicts, preventing them if possible or drive conflict resolution,
- Supporting Director of Operations with building a strong team of kind and brilliant people
