Advanced Field Service Engineer (m/w/d/)

Drive the development of on-site installation, servicing and repair processes of complex equipment and systems. As a local Advanced Field Service Engineer, you will be a high-level expert responsible for supporting system migrations and upgrades, as well as troubleshooting software and hardware issues. Your duties will include changing system hardware parts, installing control system software, and applying updates and patches. You will travel 60% of the time, both offshore and onshore, including international projects. Additionally, you will provide remote or on-call support, maintain a high level of knowledge of Honeywell’s HPS systems hardware and software platforms, and assist other LSS engineers with troubleshooting.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives in field services and product development processes.

Lead cross-functional groups to resolve administrative difficulties related to equipment delivery and installation.

Act as an escalation point for Field Service Specialists, Service Engineers, and other stakeholders.

Your profile:

Technical education in the field of electrical/automation engineering/computer engineering or a comparable qualification

Experience and knowledge in the field of control, network and process control technology or process engineering.

Willingness to travel, especially during the induction phase

Valid driving license

Very good Slovenian language skills, good English language skills are advantageous
