Directly managing Sales Managers & Account Managers in a specific sales region. Select, train, and develop personnel to optimize effectiveness.
Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive organic growth in the assigned sales market.
Cultivating and leveraging customer relationships at the multiple levels within customers
Development of long-term customer relationships through the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs
As a member of Zone leadership team ensure seamless teamwork with the Service, Modality and other functions and channels to provide total customer satisfaction.
Deploying resources to meet financial / operating objectives including orders, revenue, contribution margin, and market share utilizing and driving companywide commercial tools for CRM (ie. SFDC)
Target, get access, build relations, develop a business strategy and maximize business opportunities for imaging products allocated accounts/territory.
Proactively build network with government bodies and Key Opinion Leaders as well as deep understanding of healthcare structure/players in assignedterritories/accounts.
Coordinate multimodality projects and aim at maximizing share within the territory/accounts.
In Cooperation with Modalities and Marketing drive marketing events in assigned territory.
Analyze market trends, competition and accounts to develop a business plan and strategy that creates new business opportunities
Leverage Product & Application Specialists, Account Managers, Service and other Company resources to provide necessary service, technical or clinical content to customers.
Develop & implement GTM plans with cross functional teams to achieve results through effective project proposals, negotiations, and contracts. Grow the share of wallet in assigned accounts
Develop & maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through consistent high quality interactions with customer management, drive customer R-NPS on their accounts.
Build long term strategic alliance with portfolio of accounts to continue to add value. Follow GE policies, procedures and Operating Mechanism. Proactively participates in company initiatives depending on organizational needs and as directed by management. Ensure knowledge of and compliance of integrity and company policies.
Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
Knowledge and understanding of all Global Privacy and Anti-Competition Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare HIPPA Guidelines, NEMA Regulations, etc.) and operates within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int’l Law is broken.
Knowledge and understanding of all Environmental Health Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare EHS Policies, GE Healthcare Fleet Rules, etc.) and operate within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int’l Law is broken
Ownership of order and configuration quality at the point of entry to ensure accuracy, configuration integrity and that all requirements are tied to documented customer inputs.
Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification of the Quality Management System.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent knowledge or experience
Minimum of 8 years of consultative sales experience including strategic selling and negotiation
Medical experience required
Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based sales process
Proven track of sales record and relationship building skills
Strong communication skills to synthesize complex issues and communicate into simple messages
Willingness and ability to travel within your specified geographic region
Proven People Management experience leading sales teams
Consultative sales experience including strategic selling and negotiation
Proficiency in Thai
Proven and progressive previous experience insales/services/promotionto C-suite and technical decision makers e.g. CEOs, Strategic Planning Directors, Facilities/Estates managers, Biomedical Engineers, nursing staff, medical specialty staff (Radiology, Cardiology, Nuclear Physicists, Oncologists etc.)
Previous experience managing sales professionals
Healthcare capital equipment sales experience
Deep knowledge of GE Healthcare and the products and services offered.
Experience closing large, complex, strategic deals.
Prior experience working for a large company in a matrix environment
Demonstrated ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organization
Leadership and Team Building skills.

Financial Performance and business management
Full P&L responsibility for Thailand
Accountable to achieve the quarterly and yearly Operating Plan for Thailand (orders, sales, cost and margin) together with customer satisfaction & retention.
Accountable for timely and accurate forecasting of pipeline and sales per the normal reporting cycles.
Provides input to and contributes to the formulation of the yearly business planning cycles.
Sales Management
Define the go-to-market approach together with BU leaders and drive the execution of the changes locally with full responsibility.
In conjunction with Segment Business Units determine the market potential for the country and prioritize the portfolio opportunities.
Align territories to market potential and priorities and assign optimal account management and product specialist sales resources in conjunction with the Product regional management teams.
Responsible to set appropriate OP targets based on the market potential, for the Sales Managers and/or Account Managers in conjunction with the Product Leadership.
Accountable to develop & implement account management strategy for the country and ensure compliance and execution of the regional sales process and rules of engagement within their teams in conjunction with the Regional Product Leaders.
In conjunction with account management team, actively identify & drive boundaryless selling opportunities in the country. Promote Service offerings, identify and escalate commercial service needs. Manage within the organization matrix to optimize the coordination and use of Company, Product, Region and country resources.
Responsible for managing the long-term success of GE’s relationship with a set of Strategic accounts in order to achieve the goals and objectives identified by the customer and GE.
Responsible to ensure that all Sales Managers and / or Account Managers have clear opportunity management activity and relationship building plans to ensure efficient coverage of decision makers and influencers through-out the total opportunity management cycle.
Responsible for driving operating mechanisms to monitor and track progress of opportunities in the pipeline as well as forecasting performance against OP with their teams.

Customer, Market and GEHC solutions awareness
Know Key Opinion Leaders in care areas; manage professional relations with key customers, government & administrative bodies in order to deepen understanding of customer challenges and needs.
Understand and analyze market dynamics and competition to develop business opportunities for the Account Management teams in the country. Provide ongoing feedback to Management, Region and Marketing.
Maintain up to date market and competitor knowledge related to the full GEHC product and services solutions and ensure that teams strengthen their knowledge on how to differentiate GE offering.
One GEHC teamwork
Facilitate effective communication & collaboration within the country and the region. Drive country operating mechanisms and ensure follow-up identified leads between all product lines.
Act as a primary customer point of contact in the country and represent Thailand in case of multimodality projects and cross-P&L business events and ultimately accountable for issue resolution for assigned country.
Required Qualifications:
A Master Degree with 15+ experience in Business Management or Sales / Marketing OR equivalent years of experience in progressive leadership positions
At least 5+ year experience of managing a big P&L (above 40Mill USD) in the HealthCare industry.
Strong understanding of the Thailand HealthCare industry, culture and government institutions (min. 10 years business experience within Thailand)
At least 10+ years’ experience closing large, complex, strategic deals.
Demonstrated business management and resource allocation skills including business plan development.
Exemplary Servant Leadership skills: people management, leadership skills, as well as sales coaching & team building skills.
Strong business acumen; financial and organizational skills
Advanced negotiation, problem solving and influencing skills.
High level presentation and interpersonal skills; able to communicate and present ideas to customers in a way that produces understanding and impact that builds effective strategic relationships.
Ability to energize, develop, and build rapport, collaboration and influence at all levels within an organization.
Ability to operate effectively in a multi-tasking, dynamic environment, while maintaining a forward-thinking and customer-first attitude.
Direct and/or Indirect management experience; managing in a matrix organization.
