Your main tasks and responsibilities will be :

• Working effectively as a team member, sharing responsibilities, providing support, establishing communication and informing senior team members about progress
• Assisting in preparation of reports to be delivered to clients and other parties
• Developing and maintaining relations with other team members
• Contribute actively in the ESG engagement team to understand and respond to the client's needs and expectations and develop a client-focused, clear, accurate and well-presented work product
• Ensure work is delivered in a timely manner and in compliance with EY high standard requirements;
• Oral and written communication within team on a day-to-day basis

To qualify for the role you must have

• High school / College / University degree
• Passion, knowledge and interest in sustainability and ESG topics
• No previous experience is required
• Good spoken and written English
• Ability to work as a team member

Our internship program is structured to provide direct interaction with senior professionals in an international environment, allowing interns to gain valuable insights, develop analytical skills, and contribute to real consulting projects.

• Contributing to projects through data processing and analysis.
• Researching and gathering insights from various sources to support project goals.
• Assisting in the preparation of reports by compiling and organizing relevant information.
• Conducting research on industry trends and best practices.
• Participating in client interactions and documenting key observations.
• Collaborating with team members to enhance project outcomes and efficiency

• Good spoken and written English
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Eagerness to learn and develop in a dynamic consulting setting

• Experience or a degree in a relevant field.
• Strong grasp of OOP principles and a problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET framework.
• Experience with IIS for deploying and managing web applications, as well as CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Docker) is a big advantage.
• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with SQL and database management.
• Hands-on experience with Entity Framework (or other persistence frameworks).
• Familiarity with MVC and MVVM patterns; experience with Razor Pages
• A proactive mindset, capable of taking initiative and ownership of tasks.
• Team player who can take the initiative and ownership of tasks.
