Manager – Digital Risk - Responsible AI

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager to join our growing Digital Risk team within EY’s Risk Consulting practice. Your key responsibilities

  • Leading the execution of AI Governance Reviews and Responsible AI assessments aligned to global standards (NIST RMF, EU AI Act, ISO 42001) and nurturing client relationships to achieve service expectations, deliverables and outcomes and assisting in the preparation of reports for clients and other stakeholders and ensuring client deliverables are on time and to the standard expected by the client and engagement partner/principal.
  • Designing and implementing Responsible AI strategies for effective scaling of AI systems in a manner that is safe, trustworthy, and ethical and delivering Technology Risk assessments across IT processes, platforms and AI systems against leading practice IT risk and security frameworks and common standards (e.g. NIST, CoBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, Sarbanes Oxley Act)
  • Managing teams to deliver IT Risk and Assurance engagements - including the evaluation and design of IT controls (e.g. application & IT general controls) in support of internal audits as well as Program Assurance engagements.

Skills and attributes for success

The key attributes of the role are previous experience working in a consulting firm (Big 4 or boutique), who has a broad range of technology risk and AI experience to support delivery of our existing portfolio of work and manage day to day engagement delivery/teams. A Technology Risk Manager who has broad range of experience and capability to support across various digital risk solutions and related areas e.g. experience in various aspects:

  • Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) - Technology-enabled Integrated Risk Management (IRM) programs
  • AI Governance and Responsible AI Strategy
  • Data governance, Risk Analytics, and Digital enablement
  • Controls Transformation, including Controls optimisation
  • Technology-focused internal audit - including IT General Controls, Cyber Security, and AI Governance
  • Program and Project risk management consulting and/or assurance services

Most of our projects are built in Java but you will also be exposed to different technologies including web (Angular, React, etc), other languages (.NET, python, etc), web/microservices and databases. A key part of innovation is using the right tool for the job so you’ll always have opportunity to learn and leverage new technology as it comes out such as machine learning, natural language processing (NLP) and data analytics. Our clients look to us to solve their problems not just deploy software they could do themselves so this means you’ll be expected to build custom frameworks, tools and utilities such as custom automation drivers, JSON and XML parsers, integrations between tools and extend existing frameworks to provide new, cutting edge technologies.

Most of our work is specifically aimed at accelerating and enhancing software testing. Manual testing can be inefficient and many of today’s complex systems and technologies can’t be tested manually.       • Treasury Management, Investments, Credit Processes

  • Technical knowledge with all aspects of the software lifecycle including design, architecture, development and testing

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $67,000 to $136,800. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $80,300 to $155,300. Cosa farai:

  • Collaborerai con clienti di vari settori, offrendo consulenza in Supply Chain & Operations, come Supply Chain analytics, Operational Excellence, Cost Analysis and Reduction, Network Redesign e Digital Supply Chain & Manufacturing;
  • Lavorerai in team dedicati, composti da 3 a 6 persone, in cui avrai responsabilità precise e contribuirai al raggiungimento del risultato finale;
  • Svolgerai attività di analisi e disegno dei modelli operativi di business;
  • Supporterai programmi e progetti di trasformazione digitale lungo l’intera Value Chain, contribuendo a prendere decisioni strategiche di business;
  • Faciliterai la comunicazione tra i diversi stakeholders coinvolti nei progetti, garantendo uno scambio di informazioni efficace;
  • Gestirai team e stakeholder lato cliente, anche in contesti complessi e multi-country;
  • Contribuirai alla governance di programmi e progetti, anche su larga scala, con approccio PMO e Program Management;
  • Disegnerai strumenti di Supply Chain Analytics per supportare decisioni funzionali e strategiche;
  • Lavorerai su tutti i principali settori di business. Questa posizione prevede prevalentemente di lavorare in ambito Consumer Products & Retail (CPR) o settori affini.

Manager – Digital Risk - Responsible AI

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager to join our growing Digital Risk team within EY’s Risk Consulting practice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced consulting environment and is passionate about helping clients navigate complex technology, cyber, and AI-related risks. Your key responsibilities

  • Leading the execution of AI Governance Reviews and Responsible AI assessments aligned to global standards (NIST RMF, EU AI Act, ISO 42001) and nurturing client relationships to achieve service expectations, deliverables and outcomes and assisting in the preparation of reports for clients and other stakeholders and ensuring client deliverables are on time and to the standard expected by the client and engagement partner/principal.
  • Designing and implementing Responsible AI strategies for effective scaling of AI systems in a manner that is safe, trustworthy, and ethical and delivering Technology Risk assessments across IT processes, platforms and AI systems against leading practice IT risk and security frameworks and common standards (e.g. NIST, CoBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, Sarbanes Oxley Act)
  • Managing teams to deliver IT Risk and Assurance engagements - including the evaluation and design of IT controls (e.g. application & IT general controls) in support of internal audits as well as Program Assurance engagements.

Skills and attributes for success

The key attributes of the role are previous experience working in a consulting firm (Big 4 or boutique), who has a broad range of technology risk and AI experience to support delivery of our existing portfolio of work and manage day to day engagement delivery/teams. A Technology Risk Manager who has broad range of experience and capability to support across various digital risk solutions and related areas e.g. experience in various aspects:

  • Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) - Technology-enabled Integrated Risk Management (IRM) programs
  • AI Governance and Responsible AI Strategy
  • Data governance, Risk Analytics, and Digital enablement
  • Controls Transformation, including Controls optimisation
  • Technology-focused internal audit - including IT General Controls, Cyber Security, and AI Governance
  • Program and Project risk management consulting and/or assurance services
