Most of our projects are built in Java but you will also be exposed to different technologies including web (Angular, React, etc), other languages (.NET, python, etc), web/microservices and databases. A key part of innovation is using the right tool for the job so you’ll always have opportunity to learn and leverage new technology as it comes out such as machine learning, natural language processing (NLP) and data analytics. Our clients look to us to solve their problems not just deploy software they could do themselves so this means you’ll be expected to build custom frameworks, tools and utilities such as custom automation drivers, JSON and XML parsers, integrations between tools and extend existing frameworks to provide new, cutting edge technologies.

Most of our work is specifically aimed at accelerating and enhancing software testing. Manual testing can be inefficient and many of today’s complex systems and technologies can’t be tested manually. Even traditional automated testing is outdated so it’s our job to build new tools and technology to do it better.

Your Key Responsibilities

Everything you’ll do will come back to providing exceptional testing subject matter expertise and solving complex problems that make a difference for our clients. Colleagues and clients from a diverse array of backgrounds will look to you first for answers, so you’ll be a high-profile contact when it comes to resolving complex issues. As you build your knowledge and experience, you’ll become a credible advisor, influencing clients and engagement teams on resolutions that will impact entire industries.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Works directly with the client engagement and delivery center leadership teams on executing the Engagement Management Framework
  • Conduct tests and undertake analysis of results to ensure that software meets or exceeds specified standards and/or client requirements
  • Planning, designing and implementing tools or assets to solve complex problems, including primarily custom Java-based tools and frameworks
  • Developing client relationships across multiple levels and support sales efforts
  • Contributes consistently to the development of technical solutions throughout the solution delivery center
  • Leads team meetings (e.g., status meetings)
  • Provides detailed review of team’s work product (i.e., associates and analysts)
  • Produces high-quality deliverables with no supervision

To qualify, you must have

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or a related field and approximately 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Domain expertise in Banking
    • Experience with Enterprise Money Movement services and integrations (Wire, ACH, RTP, EFT, etc.)
    • Deep understanding of ISO 20022 standards, including message structures, business processes, and data elements.
    • ISO Test Case Design: Ability to design comprehensive ISO test cases (CHIPS, FEDWIRE, SWIFT Payments Analyst | SWIFT GPI | WIRES | SEPA | FX|TGT2 | ISO20022| CBPR+| PEGA | FLEXCUBE | OBPM | MTS | FIRCO |) that cover all aspects of ISO 20022 message flows and scenarios.
    • Demonstrated experience in Banking (Consumer, Commercial banking, or Payments) specifically in one of the following domains:
      • Deposit and Loan Operations, ATM, Debit, Prepaid Cards, ACH, Wires
      • Treasury Management, Investments, Credit Processes
      • Payment Products and Lifecycle, Payment Authorization and Clearing
  • Passion and interest for solving problems using technology
  • Seeing problems as challenges and opportunities, not roadblocks
  • Technical knowledge with all aspects of the software lifecycle including design, architecture, development and testing
  • 3 years of experience and strong knowledge in Java and OOP concepts
    • Knowledge in common Java libraries and concepts such as linked hash maps, serialization, etc
    • Experience in Java development and architecture best practices
  • At least 2 years of experience with test automation using tools such as Junit, Selenium, REST Assured
  • At least 2 years of experience with at least 3 of these concepts:
    • Design, implementation and usage of complex test automation frameworks
    • Data querying (Example: SQL)
    • Data analytics and statistics (variant distribution, data sampling, trend analysis, predictive modeling or forecasting)
    • Any sub-area or use case of Artificial Intelligence (machine learning, natural language processing, etc)
    • CICD implementations and tools (example: Jenkins, Ansible, GitLab)
  • Knowledge of Banking regulatory frameworks and compliance standards in the payments space.
    • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to ISO 20022 (OFAC, RTP, EFT ,PEGA, REG Z/E, Dispute, FX)
  • ISO20022 simulator experience with any of the leading tools Iliad, neaPay, Unifits, Nimbusnext BlitzzPay, Sipay, XMLdation, Ascert, and Coreum
  • Working knowledge in web technologies such as Angular, React, HTML/CSS, etc
  • Innovative and creative mind to think outside of the box
  • Resourceful and able to find possible solutions to problems individually and within a team
  • Coaching teams members with a goal of fostering an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment
  • Sharing your knowledge and developing engagement tools and enablers to build capability for the practice

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Certifications or degree specializations in application development, analytics, test automation or artificial intelligence preferred
  • Agile certification preferred

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $67,000 to $136,800. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $80,300 to $155,300. Client responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of TPRM engagements with our clients, responsible for the day-to-day running of the engagements including meeting quality, time and budget targets
  • Working with prospective clients to agree, scope and plan the delivery phase of engagements
  • Drive go-to-market strategy for TPRM services, including thought leadership, solution development, and alliance partnerships.

People responsibilities

  • Lead internal communities of practice focused on innovation, regulatory change, or sector-specific TPRM challenges.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Project experience and client knowledge gained from professional practice across a number of TPRM engagements, including aspects of Compliance, IT Risk Management, Cyber, Resilience, and Privacy.
  • Team leadership and management experience, including the coaching and mentoring of more junior staff and direct reports
  • Strong academic record, ideally to a bachelor’s degree-level or equivalent industry experience
  • Awareness and understanding of National and International Security Standards (e.g., NIST, ISO27001), reporting standards (e.g., SOC/ISAE), and privacy or TPRM regulations, such as UK Data Protection Act, GDPR, DORA, etc.
  • Willingness to travel
  • Creative and independent with good problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing, client presentations, and project management
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience (desirably within resilience, cyber, or TPRM). Preferably with experience in a consulting role in a leading consultancy firm.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder programmes in regulated industries
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience managing large client accounts or portfolios.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Experience in Financial Services, Government Organisations, or the Military
  • Industry related certification preferred (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, ISO27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor)
  • Solution related experience, such as the use of platforms like ProcessUnity, ServiceNow, and Azure

Principali attività:

In qualità di Manager FAIT Technology Risk @Assurance , per la nostra sede di Milano , entrerai a far parte di un team multidisciplinare dedicato alla valutazione, gestione e mitigazione dei rischi IT a supporto di progetti di audit, assurance e consulenza. Collaborerai con clienti di alto profilo, inclusi gruppi multinazionali e aziende leader di mercato, per supportarli nel rafforzamento dei loro controlli IT, nella gestione della compliance normativa e nell’adozione di tecnologie emergenti in modo sicuro.

Sarai responsabile della pianificazione, esecuzione e supervisione di incarichi di IT Audit, sia in contesti di revisione contabile (IT General Controls – ITGC) che in progetti di advisory su tematiche di cybersecurity, data governance, cloud risk e IT governance.

Principali responsabilità:

  • Coordinare e gestire team su progetti di IT Audit e Technology Risk, garantendo qualità, efficienza e rispetto delle tempistiche.
  • Supportare la revisione contabile integrata attraverso l’analisi dei controlli ITGC, application controls, e interfacce.
  • Valutare l’efficacia dei sistemi informativi in relazione a standard internazionali (es. COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST).
  • Interagire con i clienti per identificare aree di rischio tecnologico, suggerendo soluzioni pragmatiche per il miglioramento dei controlli.
  • Contribuire a progetti di advisory in ambito IT compliance, cybersecurity, cloud risk, privacy, terze parti (TPRM) e data management.
  • Redigere deliverable (report, memo, presentazioni) per il cliente e per il team di revisione finanziaria.
  • Partecipare attivamente allo sviluppo del business attraverso la gestione della relazione con i clienti, la proposta di nuovi servizi e la formazione del team.
  • Supportare la crescita dei professionisti più junior attraverso mentoring, coaching e feedback continui.

Nice to have:

  • Certificazioni professionali: COBIT19®, CISA, CISM, CDPSE, CRISK, CGEIT, ITILv4, Prince2, PMP, ISO27001 Lead Auditor (LA), ISO22301 LA, ISO2000 LA;
  • Conoscenza approfondita di SAP (modulo Basis, FI);
  • Conoscenza dei Tool Data Analytics: Alteryx, Tableau, ACL.

Most of our projects are built in Java but you will also be exposed to different technologies including web (Angular, React, etc), other languages (.NET, python, etc), web/microservices and databases. A key part of innovation is using the right tool for the job so you’ll always have opportunity to learn and leverage new technology as it comes out such as machine learning, natural language processing (NLP) and data analytics. Our clients look to us to solve their problems not just deploy software they could do themselves so this means you’ll be expected to build custom frameworks, tools and utilities such as custom automation drivers, JSON and XML parsers, integrations between tools and extend existing frameworks to provide new, cutting edge technologies.

Most of our work is specifically aimed at accelerating and enhancing software testing. Manual testing can be inefficient and many of today’s complex systems and technologies can’t be tested manually. Even traditional automated testing is outdated so it’s our job to build new tools and technology to do it better.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct tests and undertake analysis of results to ensure that software meets or exceeds specified standards and/or client requirements
  • Planning, designing and implementing tools or assets to solve complex problems, including primarily custom Java-based tools and frameworks
  • Developing client relationships across multiple levels and support sales efforts
  • Contributes consistently to the development of technical solutions throughout the solution delivery center
  • Leads team meetings (e.g., status meetings)
  • Provides detailed review of team’s work product (i.e., associates and analysts)
  • Produces high-quality deliverables with no supervision

To qualify, you must have

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or a related field and approximately 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Domain expertise in Banking
    • Experience with Enterprise Money Movement services and integrations (Wire, ACH, RTP, EFT, etc.)
    • Deep understanding of ISO 20022 standards, including message structures, business processes, and data elements.
    • ISO Test Case Design: Ability to design comprehensive ISO test cases (CHIPS, FEDWIRE, SWIFT Payments Analyst | SWIFT GPI | WIRES | SEPA | FX|TGT2 | ISO20022| CBPR+| PEGA | FLEXCUBE | OBPM | MTS | FIRCO |) that cover all aspects of ISO 20022 message flows and scenarios.
    • Demonstrated experience in Banking (Consumer, Commercial banking, or Payments) specifically in one of the following domains:
      • Deposit and Loan Operations, ATM, Debit, Prepaid Cards, ACH, Wires
      • Treasury Management, Investments, Credit Processes
      • Payment Products and Lifecycle, Payment Authorization and Clearing
  • Passion and interest for solving problems using technology
  • Seeing problems as challenges and opportunities, not roadblocks
  • Technical knowledge with all aspects of the software lifecycle including design, architecture, development and testing
  • 3 years of experience and strong knowledge in Java and OOP concepts
    • Knowledge in common Java libraries and concepts such as linked hash maps, serialization, etc
    • Experience in Java development and architecture best practices
  • At least 2 years of experience with test automation using tools such as Junit, Selenium, REST Assured
  • At least 2 years of experience with at least 3 of these concepts:
    • Design, implementation and usage of complex test automation frameworks
    • Data querying (Example: SQL)
    • Data analytics and statistics (variant distribution, data sampling, trend analysis, predictive modeling or forecasting)
    • Any sub-area or use case of Artificial Intelligence (machine learning, natural language processing, etc)
    • CICD implementations and tools (example: Jenkins, Ansible, GitLab)
  • Knowledge of Banking regulatory frameworks and compliance standards in the payments space.
    • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to ISO 20022 (OFAC, RTP, EFT ,PEGA, REG Z/E, Dispute, FX)
  • ISO20022 simulator experience with any of the leading tools Iliad, neaPay, Unifits, Nimbusnext BlitzzPay, Sipay, XMLdation, Ascert, and Coreum
  • Working knowledge in web technologies such as Angular, React, HTML/CSS, etc
  • Innovative and creative mind to think outside of the box

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $67,000 to $136,800. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $80,300 to $155,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
