

Technical Inside Sales Representative (Thai Speaking)
As a Junior Technical Inside Sales Representative, you will deliver technical solutions to the Inside Sales Team that address customers’ varying needs, either working on your own or with a subject matter expert on more complex solutions.
•Act as a technical resource to help the sales organization meet, if not exceed, its goals
•Stay up to date on new products, technology trends and services offerings
•Make outbound calls as part of managing the sales cycle, and respond to field sales, resellers and end customer inquiries
•Focus on Dell Technologies products and services and be able to identify how these products and services align to customer needs
• Explain technical, industry and market facts to position Dell Technologies against an alternative solution•Experience working in a sales environment and in a technical role that shows knowledge of multi-platform hardware and software solutions
•Good analytical, decision-making and organizational skills and a drive for results
•Clear communication skills, both verbal and written in Thai & English.
•Solid customer relationship skills with the ability to build and manage relationships
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science

Supply Base Development : Build and mature the technical supply base to increase the number of potential sources and scalability
Time to Market Improvement : Improve speed to market and delivery by benchmarking customers to drive product standardization and eliminate custom designs

Essential Requirements
Technical Design and Pathfinding Experience: Senior-level experience in technical design with thermals / liquid cooling technologies
Industry and Supply Base Knowledge: Deep industry and supplier knowledge, particularly in product development and engineering
Relationship Building: Strong relationships with the supply base and the ability to build long-term technical engagement strategies
Technologies: Expertise in liquid and air-cooling solutions to support data center deployments. Deep knowledge of CDUs, cold plates, rear door heat exchangers and overall coolant distribution systems for data centers
Desirable Requirements
15+ years industry experience with bachelor’s degree or equivalent skill

Our Electrical Engineering team puts the spark into the full hardware development lifecycle, from concept to production. It takes experts in system architecture definition, design, analysis, prototyping, sourcing & the debugging and validation of layouts or routes to deliver state-of-the-art products for a changing world. We work closely with designers, cross-functional teams within Dell Technologies and suppliers to make sure electronic designs meet a range of requirements, including schedule, feature set, functionality and quality, as well as industry standards.

Partner with Dell internal platform and graphics development engineering teams to manage onboard and add-in graphics program deliverables
Lead/guide graphics technology providers and ODM partners on debug and resolution of hardware, software, and firmware issues with graphics controller cards
Work with multiple internal teams including product quality, platform engineering, product marketing, program management, regulatory engineering, and other teams to debug/ resolve issues
Support the commodity-level internal core teams with product issue management and resolution and engineering guidance on issue triage and program schedule
