Senior Services Solutions Principal – Brussels/Belgium based
In this role, you’ll guide customers through their most complex business and IT challenges, designing and positioning transformational services acrossData & AI, Applications & Multicloud, and Resiliency & Security.

What You’ll Do
Engage with senior customer stakeholders, up to CxO level, to shape transformation strategies and outcomes.

What We’re Looking For
Native Flemish/Dutch speaker , with fluent English.
Proven experience in Services Presales, Solution Architecture, or IT transformation (ideally 10+ years, but strong profiles with less and customer-side backgrounds are welcome).
Depth in one key services area (Data & AI, Multicloud, or Resiliency & Security) and curiosity to grow into the others.
Strong communication, commercial acumen, and customer engagement skills, especially at the executive level.
Ability to design and negotiate service solutions, aligning to business and financial outcomes.

Essential Requirements
Fluent in either Flemish, Dutch or French and English.
10+ years services presales experience of acting as a solution lead, solution architect or similar and proven skills and experience in constructing services solutions (requirements gathering, scope services, assemble effort estimates, plan programs and work packages, write SoW, answer RFI/RFP) for customers, typically in the large Enterprise and/or Government Sectors. OR someone who has experience on the customer side with technical knowledge across our 3 main services areas-commercial acumen and great communication skills. Thorough understanding of a services P&L and cash flow development (including business impact), risk analysis and commercial models such as Fixed Price, T&M and incorporation of 3rd party contracts in Waterfall and Agile project approaches.
Proven experience in client facing roles and effectively influencing at all levels (up to CxO) with ability to construct, tailor, and negotiate service contracts (e.g. Statements of Work) for both customer engagement and partner provisioning
Proficient knowledge in the 3 main services areas: 1) Data & AI, 2) Applications & Multicloud and 3) Resiliency & Security services. And expert knowledge in one pillar.
Exceptional consultative presales skills, including methods, tools and techniques to apply within digital transformation context; excellent communication skills at least in Flemish, Dutch ir French and English (verbal/written); ability to run customer workshops and executive briefings; ability to work in an international environment.
