Your Impact
  • Implementation of security and risk mitigation measures to ensure the safety of Executives, who may be exposed to elevated personal risk.

Be responsible for overall physical security including:

  • Plans for Protectee’s Residential Security to include cameras, alarms and response; Annual fire inspection; Annual alarm inspection & generator maintenance.
  • Plans for Corporate Site Security to include cameras, entry/exit routes and response.
  • Secure transport Plans from Home to Work to office to airport and return;Transport plans for CEO’s/ELT’s family and return.
  • Emergency Evacuation Plans and Emergency Response Plans in case of direct threat, medical emergency, natural disaster, civil unrest or acts of terrorism.
  • Ability to plan, document, and provide security coverage for global locations.
  • Security plans for all domestic and overseas travel.
  • Holistic Risk mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Protectee’s personal physical safety in terms of potential threats or other events; Tech trade shows / workshops/ conferences both that CEO attends and hosts; External visits, meetings, and appointments; Personal appointments i.e. hair, medical, etc.
  • During off-travel periods, lead team project(s); continuously be training in emergency response, scenario planning, future mission planning, and associated administrative tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate and facilitate internal engagements and with Cisco’s Corporate Security, Event Security, Office of CEO and Executive Assistants, Legal, and external vendors and partners.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree (pursuing) or equivalent experience required
  • 8+ years in the EP Industry, which may include high level government protective security experience.
  • Experience working for C-Suite and/or ultra high net worth individuals, public figures, or celebrities in the provision of executive protection.
  • Executive/security driving training and experience; experience providing advance coverage for events and trips.
  • In-depth experience interacting with senior management, good judgment is essential as is the ability to know when to raise issues and involve additional partners.

  • Event Speaking Engagement Coordination: Handles a running list of VP’s engagements and works closely with communications team to ensure content needs are understood and set in motion so VP is prepared for each engagement.
  • Meeting Planning and Organization: Assists VP in planning and organizing meetings by being responsible for the assembling of the agenda, location, meeting technology based upon participant needs, and all other meeting logistics. May further prepare meeting briefing documents by taking and disseminating notes and formulating post meeting action item list.
  • Travel Briefing Preparation: Build travel packs for international trips as well as large domestic events such as Cisco Live, etc. This work includes combining all event information in addition to coordinated logistics of travel and also customer/team asks.
  • Correspondence/Approvals: Supports VP by acting as proxy for communications and approvals as authorized. Answers general questions as needed and refers routine matters to appropriate parties and follows up to ensure accurate completion.   • Travel and Expense Management: Responsible for making in-depth global travel arrangements for VP. Carefully considers and decides the optimum travel arrangements and itinerary for calendared meetings while handling Cisco expenses. Works diligently to go above and beyond, working with the airlines directly to accommodate Global Services benefits for upgrades whenever they are available.
  • Special Projects: Provides analytical support to assist executives on special projects. Research issues, analyzes problems, compiles data, and prepares reports.
  • Large Corporate Events: Prepare and brief itinerary as well as accompany VP for large Corporate Events such as GSX, where EA's are used for executive support.
  • Confidentiality: Candidate will deal professionally with sensitive and confidential matters and materials.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 4+ years’ experience in administrative environment. A minimum of 2 years of experience supporting a principal who was at the director level or above.
  • Expert level knowledge of Windows desktop computer applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Experience in calendar management, planning meetings and coordinating travel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to connect with all levels of Executive/Senior staff and clients.

As a key contributor within the Silicon Manufacturing Operations (SMO) team, you will play a key part in our front-end silicon and substrate supply strategy. You will translate the consensus demand forecast into a robust, multi-quarter supply and capacity plan, ensuring alignment between our strategic goals and our foundry and substrate partners' capabilities. Your success will be measured by your ability to secure supply, optimize capacity, and ensure the timely availability of wafers, substrates, and die to meet our customer commitments.

Your Impact
  • IBP Supply Ownership: Drive the monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycle for front-end silicon and associated long lead materials. You will be responsible for developing the comprehensive supply response to the consensus demand plan, presenting risks and opportunities, and driving executive-level decision-making.
  • Wafer, Substrate, & Die Buy Plan Execution: Own the master supply plan and translate it into a time-phased Buy Plan for wafers, substrates, and die. You will issue purchase requisitions, manage supply commits, and ensure the continuous flow of material to our back-end assembly and test sites.
  • Backend Collaboration & MPS Enablement: Partner closely with the Assembly & Test (A&T) Planning team members to ensure they have a die-feasible Master Production Schedule (MPS) for the backend. Your die supply plan will be a critical input to their process, and you will be responsible for communicating supply status and solving constraints.
  • Foundry & Substrate Capacity Planning: Develop, own, and manage the long-range capacity forecast for our key foundry and substrate partners. Proactively identify future capacity requirements and bottlenecks, and lead capacity planning reviews and commercial negotiations to secure the necessary production slots and strategic agreements to support our growth.
  • Scenario Modeling & Risk Mitigation: Analyze demand and supply scenarios to assess risks and opportunities. Model the impact of demand upside, supply disruptions, and process excursions, developing mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Performance Management & Reporting: Establish and report on Key Performance Indicators related to foundry and supplier performance, including On-Time Delivery (OTD), cycle time, and plan attainment. Provide clear and concise status updates to management on supply health, risks, and recovery plans.

Required Qualifications


  • 5+ years IBP/S&OP Experience: Demonstrated experience driving or being a primary contributor to a formal Integrated Business Planning or S&OP process is essential.
  • 5+ years Semiconductor Supply Chain Expertise: Deep understanding of the semiconductor manufacturing process, specifically front-end wafer fabrication, and substrate manufacturing. Direct experience managing and negotiating with Tier 1 semiconductor foundries is highly valued.
  • 5+years Analytical & Modeling Skills: Ability to analyze complex datasets, model supply/demand scenarios, and build long-range capacity plans. Proficiency in advanced Excel, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), and planning systems is required.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Strategic Problem-Solver: You don't just implement; you proactively identify potential issues, analyze root causes, and develop effective, data-driven solutions to complex supply chain challenges.
