Account Manager Rhythm Management.
Key Responsabilities
Managing of existing and acquiring of new customers in the assigned territory.
Develop an in depth knowledge of the products and services provided by the division.
Consequently planning and developing the market for our existing and new products according with divisional goals and objectives, through execution.
Utilizes customer, market and competitor insights effectively to drive territory business.
Knows our products, procedures and services and can articulate key benefits to different customers and be able to support basic procedures
Develops the territory sales plan and clear objectives based on key priorities, opportunities, customer and competitor knowledge.
Understands differing needs of key stakeholders (HCP’s, hospital management, purchasing department and hospital staff) and tailors’ approach for best outcomes.
Close collaboration on strategic implementation with Field Clinical Specialist
Manage customers and / or potential customers of Boston Scientific on a regular and planned basis to promote products and services to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets, as agreed with your Manager.
Works with manager and collaborates with colleagues to create influencing/ engagement plans for different customers and acts on these to meet targets.
Attend meetings, conferences and exhibitions as required to promote Boston Scientific products and services.
Analyze and report to your Manager and/or others (monthly, quarterly & yearly basis) the market and business feedback by using all available support tools.
Implement digitalisation solutions in daily practise
To represent Boston Scientific values and integrity.
Participate in development of less experienced staff members.
Talks about change in positive terms and as an opportunity to do things differently.

What You’ll DoYour responsibilities will include:
Serving as the primary FP&A contact for Cluster Leadership and divisional FP&A.
Leading budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes across multiple countries.
Analyzing business performance and advising on resource allocation, cost control, and margin optimization.
Driving monthly and quarterly business reviews and preparing accurate sales estimates.
Supporting decision-making through robust financial modeling, investment analysis, and market insights.
Collaborating closely with EMEA Finance Operations, and mentoring finance peers across the region.
Ensuring compliance with financial controls, SOX, statutory requirements, and internal policies.
Championing continuous improvement in financial tools, systems, and processes.
5–7+ years of Finance experience, ideally in international FP&A, with a background in audit or accounting. Experience in a U.S. multinational is a plus.
Fluent in English (working language); French is a strong asset.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills — able to translate financial insights into business impact and tailor messaging to different audiences.
Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (e.g., Hyperion, SAP, Tableau).
Prior experience managing P&L activities for multiple countries in a commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Pricing strategy and tactics
Conduct data analysis to understand pricing status quo, where gaps in data exist, act in a proactive way to collect information from other stakeholders e.g. local tender office, marketing and sales team
Support and Monitor field force execution on EMEA pricing strategy
Localize EMEA pricing strategy and provide guidance on country tactics
Pricing execution support and tools
Establish forums for deal review and monthly review of price and margin metrics and discussion of initiatives
Proactively improve deal design in collaboration with sales teams to increase ASPs while supporting topline goals: review price consistency across customers (e.g. price-volume), identify tenders in advance with price increase opportunities, identify product and customer mix improvement opportunities, review rebates configuration
Develop local performance-driven customer price guidance and monitor contract volume compliance
Support implementation of new price execution tools and processes in collaboration with the EMEA Pricing Center of Excellence (COE)
Price reporting
Preparation of pricing reports for Monthly/Quarterly business reviews incl. preparing the template, conducting deep dive investigation for report interpretation, and drafting insights
Lead the communication, training, and rollout of pricing reports and tools to country organizations
Your Profile
Degree in management, economics, engineering, or related discipline
At least 3 years work experience in Pricing, Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations roles
Exposure to Healthcare industry is a must, Medtech in particular is a plus
Deep knowledge and proven expertise in the field of Pricing strategy and execution
Capable to communicate complex concepts and findings in a simple and immediate manner
Team player, promoting collaboration and building relationships to work effectively with others across the organization to achieve goals and uncover opportunities
Ability to influence and challenge sales and marketing leaders on commercial topics with confidence
Fluency in French is a must, strong written and verbal communication skills. Native or C1 level of additional European languages is a plus (e.g. Dutch)
Analytic & strategic mindset, data-savvy, detail-oriented
Tableau proficiency would be a plus
