• Extensive experience in the implementation, administration and configuration of BMC BMC Helix Operations Management (BHOM) /TSOM Application Support, Administration, Integrations and, Customizations
• Excellent in troubleshooting BHOM/ TSOM applications, integrations, customizations.
• Extensive experience maintaining BHOM /TSOM within a high distributed complex environment.
• Excellent organization and communication (both written and oral) skills
• Able to work both autonomously and in teams
• Self-starter and good decision-making skills
• Strong analytical skills with a methodical approach to fault resolution
• Experience on Windows/UNIX/LINUX operating systems and ITIL framework is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Cloud Technologies, networking, and database concepts
• Well Organized with a positive attitude, ability to work in customer facing env & should be able to communicate with Customers, Vendors, and other internal groups as required.

• As an experienced BMC AMI Cloud Senior Consultant (CS), you will be part of a team that has been acknowledged as an industry leader.
• You will help our clients grow their business by providing install, configuration, and conversion work for the BMC products. BMC AMI Cloud Senior Consultant works closely with the AMI Cloud Architect (CA), Practice Lead (PL), Project Management (PM) team, and Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to meet the approved Customer requirements.
• BMC AMI Cloud Senior Consultant performs the technical hands-to keyboard software and configuration changes on customer systems.
• BMC AMI Cloud Senior Consultant works with the CA to translate logical design into physical designs, contributes to detailed design documentation, and contributes to the development of procedures and standards within BMC.
• You should be willing to work on projects during customer’s time zone.

• Provide L2/L3/L4 operational support for TrueSight Server Automation (BSA), TSAC and TS Smart Reporting as per agreed SLAs
• Maintain TSSA & TS Smart Reporting for Server Automatic platform availability as per agreed availability commitment
• Develop new customizations, integrations and reports
• Troubleshoot TSSA/TSAC/TS Smart Reporting application, customizations, integration issues.
• Follow the ITIL standard best processes.
• Recommend & plan upgrades/patches and roll out of new features
• Assist customer drive adoption of the Client Management solution across the environments
• Work closely with Service Owners to review service delivery quality with focus on continuous improvement
