We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Supervisor to join our growing team. This role is vital to the success of our tech products and services and will involve working with the team to drive sales and customer service efficiency.
As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for lead the sales team and ensuring targets are met. This includes delegating tasks, coaching, and mentoring the staff to ensure quality customer service. You will also have the opportunity to create sales strategies and take initiative in identifying new market opportunities. You will track progress and use metrics to help drive sales goals. In addition to this, you will be responsible for confirming sales volumes, manage data entry, and provide reports of sales activities.
To be successful in this role, you must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and have an established understanding of the tech industry. Previous experience supervising sales teams is a must, and experience in CRM systems and customer service metrics is a plus. You must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to create and maintain relationships with clients and customers. Most importantly, you must have a true passion for sales and technology.
