As a Quality Control Supervisor with Expoint, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of quality assurance among our technical offerings. You will work closely with our engineers to develop, document, and implement quality control standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for training our staff on quality assurance protocols and supervise their adherence to those protocols. At the core of this role, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving customer complaints regarding technical offerings of all kinds. You will become the customer’s advocate and partner with them to find efficient solutions to application, hardware, and networking issues. As an experienced quality control specialist, you will be tasked with documenting, communicating, and improving quality control techniques. Your responsibilities also include leading root cause analysis activities to identify the source of customer complaints, developing strategies to prevent similar issues in the future, and running post-resolution customer surveys. Additionally, you will keep the team, management, and stakeholders apprised of the customer’s complaint, trending technical issues, and resolutions. You will also take part in audits, respond to audits, and initiate corrective actions when necessary. If you have experience leading and developing test plans, the aptitude to understand complex hardware and software applications, and an innate ability to quickly grasp solutions for customer issues, this is the job for you!
