The commercial account manager at Expoint is a highly sought-after position in the tech industry. At Expoint, a Commercial Account Manager is responsible for leading the team to deliver results and fulfill the needs of our customers. The Commercial Account Manager’s role is to manage a portfolio of accounts, innovate, and build relationships with customers. They must ensure that customer service is consistently excellent across all accounts, set and hit key performance indicators (KPIs) while ensuring customer equity is maximized. The Commercial Account Manager is responsible for effectively managing customer expectations and setting our company up for success. This position requires someone with exceptional problem-solving, communication, and time management skills, as well as knowledge of the technology industry. In this position, the Commercial Account Manager will have a unique set of responsibilities and will be allowed to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the team’s success. Expoint requires Commercial Account Managers to stay updated on latest technologies and always actualize their account portfolio with innovative solutions and create strategies that deliver constant growth and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate for this position has a minimum of three years of experience working in an account management role, is an excellent negotiator and communicator, and has the ability to comfortably handle multiple projects at once.
