Leveraging methodologies from wealth management, you will analyze market trends, identify disruptive opportunities, and craft holistic solutions that address our clients’ most pressing challenges.

• A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, computer science, engineering, or a related field; MBA or MS degree preferred
• 4-6 years of relevant experience. Preferred experience includes
• Strong experience in Wealth Management (business, operations, or IT)
• 3+ years of consulting, industry and/or service provider experience
• Performance Improvement / Operations experience
• Project Manager / Work stream lead experience
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing industry and deep content knowledge in the wealth management area
• Participation in technology-enabled business transformations and experience with Agile, including, but not limited to, business requirements, user experience design, product testing, project management, etc.
• Process improvement mindset going above and beyond to identify operational inefficiencies and taking steps to improve processes and automating repetitive tasks
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise findings tailored for executive-level audiences and decision-makers
• Project planning, status reporting, RAID logs, Business Process Reviews, requirement gathering, process flows, trade operations, reconciliation, derivative operations, collateral management, corporate actions, data management, etc. experience
• Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies
• A willingness to work in person (EY office and/or client site) 3 days a week

• A willingness to travel to meet client needs and a valid driver's license and passport required
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel

Your main objective is to participate in Transaction Tax engagements by thoroughly and accurately analysing information and develop effective approaches to clients tax requirements. You will be required to demonstrate dedication to quality in all aspects of your work, which will include managing client service team members and contributing to the achievement of team goals.

The opportunity

• Developing and delivering International and Transaction Tax engagements such as Due Diligence, structuring, International tax advisory engagements and reports with timely, responsive services/work products
• Support on tax advice and assisting with required filings

Your Key responsibilities

• Delivering projects consistently by applying designated methodology, processes, standards and technology tools and with respect to turnaround, quality and handling workflow distribution.
• Working as single point of contact on engagements for users/clients regarding service delivery and day-to-day operations
• Monitor metrics for service delivery, opportunities for improving customer satisfaction and implement appropriate modifications to process
• Instil EY culture at the individual level
• Help implement strategic initiatives, as defined by Service Line Leaders
• Proactively and timely identify operational problems and propose solutions. Escalate issues where required to the reporting Managers

To qualify for the role you must have

• 5-8 Years of International tax and Mergers and Acquisition tax experience. Mandatory that the candidate has a prior experience in an International tax advisory practice in a client facing role.
• Chartered Accountant /MBA/CPA / B.Com / BBA/ BBM/ BA (Economics)/ M.Sc (Statistics)/ MA (Economics)/ MBA/CFA
• Any Additional Degree/ Diploma/Specialization in fields related to Financial Services Sector/Tax/International Taxation

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experienced in handling a team of approx. 2-4 people
• Proficient in strong communication, both written and verbal and ability to present research findings
• Proficient using MS Office tools specifically Powerpoint, WORD, EXCEL and Advance Excel.

As Testing Manager, your focus will be planning and executing various test cycles for large SAP implementations. You will work with the project team and third parties to confirm the business requirements that must be tested and the approach to meet testing requirements. You will take a user-centric and data-driven approach to product development. You will advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle. You can break down and simplify complex processes and touchpoints to deliver exceptional experiences. You are a strategic thinker, can prioritize and define product roadmaps, manage a product backlog, make quick decisions and coordinate the team to release quality products within planned timelines. You understand modern platform structures, cloud architectures, digital platforms and enablers, and data strategy considerations. To qualify for the role you must have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field and 4 years of work experience.
• Facilitate discussions with technical, design and business subject-matter resources to document requirements, establish a vision, and articulate alternatives for future state solutions across various domains and channels.
• Has set product vision, defined and managed product roadmaps, prioritized and managed the backlog and has led product launches.
• Can participate in and drive ideation sessions, standups, sprints and scrums.
• Has a specific domain knowledge and understands the dynamics impacting their product such as market trends, technology and regulatory rules.
• Experience with successfully managing projects with defined deliverables and budgets. Experience must include budgeting and managing the schedule; client relationship management; communicating strategically around key issues; conflict resolution and consensus building.
• Must have a thorough understanding of complex information systems and technology organizations and to be able to work effectively between the application, data infrastructure, operations and security architectural spaces
• Proven delivery skills including the ability to scope/size a project; staff a team with the appropriate skill set; provide subject matter direction and guidance to a team; manage communications with the project sponsors and manage the delivery of an engagement workstream.
• Requires domestic and regional travel up to 80% to serve client needs.
