As the focused liaison between Expoint and its clients, you'll coordinate meetings and handle customer service while demonstrating an understanding of their technical needs and objectives. Engaging with both customers and internal staff, you'll be required to have a strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills.
Your day-to-day work will include developing relationships with clients and stakeholders, gaining feedback and insights from customers, maintaining customer contracts/agreements, and representing the company at major trade shows and conferences.
