What you will accomplish:
- Build and maintain key dashboards used across departments, such as sales performance, operations, finance, marketing, and marketplace health.
- Ensure reports are accurate, consistently updated, and aligned with the latest business definitions.
- Respond to data requests from stakeholders with timely, well-structured analysis that helps inform decisions.
- Support improvements to reporting environments by organizing dashboards, documenting known issues, and suggesting enhancements.
- Work with the BI Manager and engineering teams to test metric changes and flag discrepancies.
- Support the preparation of business review materials with data summaries, charts, and trend analysis.
- Monitor key metrics and proactively flag unusual trends, helping teams stay ahead of emerging issues.
- Make data more accessible by creating user-friendly dashboards and helping team members understand how to self-serve.
- Document how to access and interpret reports, helping reduce repetitive questions and improve data literacy across the company.

Qualification Preferences:
- 5+ years in a business intelligence, reporting, or data analysis role.
- Familiarity with marketplace or eCommerce metrics is a plus.
- Strong SQL skills and comfort working directly with large datasets are desirable.
- Experience working with sales systems (e.g., Salesforce), support tools (e.g., Zendesk), or product analytics is advantageous.
- Interest in collectibles, trading cards, or auctions is a bonus.
The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
$70,000 - $120,700
