As an Account Executive at Expoint, you’ll be responsible for the growth of the business. You’ll lead sales efforts to acquire new business, build relationships with existing customers, and cultivate relationships with new accounts. You’ll be responsible for forecasting sales targets and maintaining an accurate pipeline of opportunities. You will provide expert product and technical support while being proactive in identifying customer’s needs and market opportunities.
You’ll also have to oversee contracts, making sure that expected services are delivered. A successful Account Executive must also negotiate contract terms and pricing. As an Account Executive you’ll be the point of contact between the customer and the company and will serve as the “face of the company,” working diligently to ensure a positive customer experience.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a passion for developing strategic customer relationships, strong organizational skills, ability to take initiative, and excellent communication and analytical skills. The ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with colleagues and customers is also essential.
