As a Cloud ERP Adoption and Experience Office Expert you’ll:
· Gather data insights to uncover adoption barriers, including product challenges, go-to-market (GTM) gaps, and reasons for low usage of solution capabilities.
· Identify reliable sources of adoption data, collaborating with teams like CS, Product, and ASC to enhance data quality.
· Use data-driven analysis to specify customer segments, pinpoint adoption opportunities, and support targeted programs.
· Correlate adoption data with business outcomes to measure impact and refine adoption strategies.
· Create dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for Customer Success, Product, and GTM teams.

· Act as a thought leader, developing and implementing adoption frameworks across the organization.
· Identify key customer segments and create targeted campaigns (1:Many, 1:Few, 1:1) to boost license consumption, product feature usage, and innovation adoption.
