What you’ll do

As a Cloud ERP Adoption and Experience Office Expert you’ll:

· Gather data insights to uncover adoption barriers, including product challenges, go-to-market (GTM) gaps, and reasons for low usage of solution capabilities.

· Identify reliable sources of adoption data, collaborating with teams like CS, Product, and ASC to enhance data quality.

· Use data-driven analysis to specify customer segments, pinpoint adoption opportunities, and support targeted programs.

· Correlate adoption data with business outcomes to measure impact and refine adoption strategies.

· Create dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for Customer Success, Product, and GTM teams.

· Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Tableau) and proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools.

· Clear communication skills to convey insights effectively to diverse audiences.

Work Experience & Additional Skills

· 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business insights, or a related role.

· Familiarity with SAP’s ecosystem, Cloud Technology, or BTP is a plus.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Fluency in English (written and spoken) and willingness to work across global teams.
