As the driving force behind the German sales team, you will lead and manage multiple projects and initiatives to ensure a successful achievement of our sales objectives. You will be responsible for fostering relationships with existing and new clients, utilizing our range of products and services to increase sales, and developing marketing and sales strategies that are cost-effective and in-line with the company’s objectives. Bringing your passion and determination to the team, you will mentor and support our sales representatives and help them develop their skillset to maximize revenue.
We seek a highly organized and driven individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills in both German and English languages. With 3-5+ years of experience within a sales role, you should possess a knowledge of the tech industry and related products and services. An innovative problem solver with a customer-first attitude, you should be creative, resourceful and have the ability to engage and motivate sales reps, as well as think outside the box. Finally, you must have an advanced understanding of all sales KPIs, including customer retention, renewal rates, and margin contribution.
